The Bacon Cinn-a-Bunn

I live in a region that takes its bacon very seriously. I am mocking my pals by making them what is a very tasty heart killing treat. The Bacon Cinn-a-Bunn. Let’s make a batch!

filling:

½ cup butter (softened)
1 cup packed brown sugar
5 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped bacon slices

dough:

1 cup milk (heated approximately 30 sec in microwave)
¼ cup warm water (110°F)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
½ cup butter (softened)
2 eggs room temp. and beaten
½ tsp. salt
½ cup white sugar
5 cups bread flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 tbsp. bacon grease

frosting:

2 each  8 oz. packages cream cheese (softened)
½ cup butter softened
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
3 slices of candied bacon, chopped
