About Chef Gosselin

Short BIO: Craig Gosselin hails from KY where he works and lives. His mother, Mildred, was a great home cooking expert as is his father, Raoul. Great early influences yielded a son that just loves to cook for others. At 12 years old Craig started assisting with food-related work at the Ashgrove Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY. Andy Desidoro and Charlotte Lenz kept the after school time busy and a cooking career was started.

Joe Collins Italian Seafood Restaurant placed a crown on the interest in a food career and as a main line cook and chef the career launched into a life long love.

Craig is a natural teacher and life long learner. He has taught college-level courses at several universities and colleges.
