About Chef Gosselin

At 12 years old Craig started assisting with food-related work at the Ashgrove Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY. The dishwasher job turned into preparation and baking duties. Andy Desidoro and Charlotte Lenz kept the after-school time busy and a cooking career was started. By 16 years old Craig had worked every position in the kitchen. 

Joe Collins Italian Seafood Restaurant placed a crown on the interest in a food career and as a mainline cook and chef, the career launched into a lifelong love.
