Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
My coworker and I have a complete passion for the Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing that is placed on a field green salad at a local Louisville KY pizza place that we frequent. It is very good. I am regularly tweaking my recipe to best capture their complete taste. Let’s make some Balsamic Vinaigrette.
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and puree for about 30 seconds. Taste and adjust salt pepper and sugar to your taste.
This is a great recipe to have in your recipe files. I make this in quantities that will last a week of salads for my wife and I, she loves my dressings.
