Chef Gosselin Home Made Ranch Salad Dressing

Making a nice salad dressing for a lunch or meal is something to anyone can create. Here is a recipe that has been in my stash of notes for years. Let’s make a Ranch style dressing that tastes great and is thick and satisfying.

3/4 cup  Greek yogurt, plain

1/4 cup buttermilk

2 tsp dijon mustard

1/2 lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)

1 clove garlic, finely minced

1/4 cup fresh minced parsley

1/4 medium onion, diced (about 2 tablespoons)

2 tablespoons fresh minced chives (I often will substitute green onion)

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

All ingredients in food processor…..pulse lightly to mix. Chill for about two hours. Stir and serve. AHHHHHHHH. Thinning this recipe (just add an 1/8 cup butter milk and stir)
