Garlic Spaghetti With Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese

Pasta is a great crowd-pleaser. This is a quick dish that can help the busy home cook to get in and out of the kitchen with the speed of Apollo. Let’s make a nice garlic olive oil pasta. 

1/2 box (6 oz) your favorite brand spaghetti

1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil

2 tsp minced Garlic

1/4 tsp Fresh or dried chili flakes

Salt (to taste) 

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 

1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

Cook pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt added to water until the pasta is tender to the bite

Drain and rinse with hot water

Add olive oil and garlic to a saute pan and heat on medium. Roast garlic until it starts to change in color. Do not allow to brown or burn.

Transfer pasta to a mixing bowl and add roasted minced garlic and olive oil

Top with parsley and parmesan cheese. 

Serve immediately
