Mr. Yoshida’s Marinade is a powerful tool in my kitchen. I am working up a unique meal for my gal’s lunch and decided to prepareĀ it with a little flare from the orient.

Boiled cabbage (fresh Chef Gosselin’s Garden) is in my crockpot along with a tsp of minced garlic some butter, salt /pepper and some steamed fresh garden carrots. The additional items that Ms Kristy (my wife) will be eating are in the recipe below. I think she will like the taste I created for her as she dines on lunch at work this afternoon.

Let’s cook a sweet Ameri-oriental cabbage on our crockpot.

2oz Mr Yashida Marinade

1 small head of boiled cabbage

1oz butter

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chicken stock

3 oz Chef Gosselin Pasta Sauce (see my recipe list on www.chefgosselin.com blog site)

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp dried onion flakes

2 ea Chef Gosselin recipe meatballsĀ (see my recipe list on www.chefgosselin.com blog site)

Place the ingredients into your fine hidden away crockpot. In my case the crockpot is a main stream cooking tool in the kitchen and is used a minimum twice each week. It never gets hidden. Cook on low for 3 hours and serve with fresh baked bread. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. Nice filling and healthy lunch or dinner.
