I was born in Brazil in the country side near Sao Paulo. I am so proud to live my early life in Brazil, between old aunties and 2 generations of grandmas who taught me the art of Brazilian cuisine. I came to America ten years ago and fell in love with American way of cooking. Each moment I have to play in the kitchen I am learning and practicing my cooking skill. The ability to spread what I learned and what I like the most with those who appreciate to eat good and cook great meals is what I offer here on the blog with my "father", Chef Gosselin. Come learn to make great Brazilian dishes with me and let's cook something good!
