The wife wants a nice dish light on fat and deep in health. I am grabbing some shrimp from the freezer and making a nice teriyaki shimp to place over a nice plate of greens and salad fixings.
4 ea large strawberries stemmed and sliced
1 ea radish sliced
1/2 cup salad mixed type
1/2 avocado skinned and sliced
3 slices of cucumber
several small broccoli florets
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
7 ea shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp poppyseed dressing
Place olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat
Place the Old Bay seasoning on shrimp and drop them into the hot oil.
Sautee shrimp lightly on both sides.
Add the teriyaki sauce over the shrimp and finish by lightly browning the sauce onto the shrimp.
Arrange the fruit and veggies on your plate.
Place shrimp over the veggies
Drizzle the poppyseed dressing around the shrimp onto the veggies only
ENJOY….. she ate her meal in record time and was looking for more!
