Chef Gosselin Pina Colada Coconut Shrimp Dipping Sauce


Well I made the wife some coconut shrimp from my awesome personal cookbook. I know these will be great…BOAST BOAST…. and now I need to make a world class dipping sauce for these that will make her say to herself that I really am the Ali of cooking (Rope-a-Dope Kitchen Man).

I am going to make a clone of a sauce that  I really enjoy…. Pina Colada Coconut Shrimp Dipping Sauce…. Ahhhhhh!

1/4 cup sour cream

1/8 cup pina colada frozen drink mix

1/4 cup canned crushed pineapple

1 tbsp rum

2 tbsp sugar

Combine well using food processor and refrigerate in sealed container until served.

This is a great dipping sauce… it has many other uses in the future but for a coconut shrimp dish…this is the razz.
