Fajita Seasoning

fajitaa

I am out of fajita seasoning and it seems that I am making a boat load of tortilla rolled dishes that have a nice skillet prepared fajita beef or what is “carne asada”. I am going to share with you my blend of seasoning that I use in my “Fajita seasoning”. You can make this easily at home and stop wasting your $. Let’s Cook Some Fajita Seasoning  (just before I chat about what we are using it for)

1/2 tsp Dried minced garlic

2 tsp Chili powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tbsp Cornstarch

1 1/2 tsp  sugar

1 tsp Kosher salt

1 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Black pepper

1/2 tsp Cumin, ground

1/2 Beef bouillon cube

Place all these ingredients into your food processor and pulse several times to blend well. Transfer to a shaker containers or small glass jar with lid for storage.
Great for beef dishes….and veggies that are intended to be used for your Ameri-Latino carne asada meals. Enjoy!
