Introducing Brazilian Home Chef Mariuska Vallejo

Please allow me to introduce a new chef to you that will have a whole section on this blog. Mariuska Vallejo hails from the Sao Paulo region of Brazil. She came to the United States 10 years ago with Mr Vallejo and has two children, Maya and Victoria. Together in the wonderful North Carolina sand hills area Mariuska and her family keep traditional Brazil alive by regularly creating wonderful healthy dishes in their home kitchen. I have known Mariuska since her arrival and we planned this blog site together several years ago. It came to fruition in 2016 and Mariuska is taking her role as chef and co-author by my side. I love her food and her food lure. Please welcome her and feel free to send her questions thru the site. She will respond as time allows.
