Craig Gosselin began his food tour at the Ashgrove Inn of Saratoga Springs NY. Starting at a young age, he worked almost all the restaurant positions. After working the chef position in several Saratoga Springs restaurants, Craig bought a small coffee shop in the West Palm Beach area of Florida. He owned and operated that restaurant until it closed. Today, Craig hails from KY and assists the owners in the kitchen at a Louisville tradition called J Gumbos (Clifton Area).
