Glad you found my blog and took a moment to read the opening post. Here we will explore food topics and get quickly from chit chat into kitchen to make and taste some of these experiences. I have been working the food world for a long time and regularly revisit recipes and areas of interest to keep my skills sharp. As I grew up playing the role of Chef….I found that in my tiny view of the world..I knew so much less than I thought. Craig Gosselin began his food tour at the Ashgrove Inn of Saratoga Springs NY. Starting at a young age, he worked almost all the restaurant positions. After working the chef position in several Saratoga Springs restaurants, Craig bought a small coffee shop in the West Palm Beach area of Florida. He owned and operated that restaurant until it closed. Today, Craig hails from KY and assists the owners in the kitchen at a Louisville tradition called J Gumbos (Clifton Area).
